Not sure if this is good news or bad news, but Pin worked just fine for me today.

Data points, Purchased cards yesterday afternoon activated today and loaded to BB a few min later.

Side question that I am not sure anyone will know the answer to. Does the seven days before the monthly fee kicks in start when purchased or activated?
