The Paypower card I bought yesterday (Sunday) had its PIN set just fine and was emptied yesterday at WM (Kate). However, I have noticed that recently on the first swipe I get an error. No idea why, but a second swipe works just fine.
At the grocery store when both cards were declined, the cashier said to try for $400, $400, and then go back to Card 1 for $100, and Card 2 for $100, thinking this might work. Nope. still declined on the $400 on each card. Yet the balances on both remain at $500. PayPower reps said they did not see any attempt of authorizations. I really hope I do not have dud cards.
