Booked cheapest room got Jr Suite at the 22nd floor
How are the rooms?
Nice view to the CN Tower and the Ontario Lake, the room was very nice and modern, newly renovated with lighter colors, makes the room brighter. I don't like that they still use the old fire detectors its yellowing and also they reused the old painted vents and it was peeling off.
How is the Club Lounge?
They no longer give free access to RAs! Unless I pay $60 (Ambassador discount)

3 small cup cakes
How was the mini-bar?
Pretty good selection and lots of alcohol
Did you receive fruit in the room?
Yes, 1 apple, 1 pear and grapes with a 1 water bottle

- The room, you can hear the noise from the elevator (avoid 0037) this is terrible esp at night and early morning!
- Someone knocked on my door @ around 11am I assume it was the cleaner and when I answered he said "sorry I'll come back later" I guess he was checking if someone is still inside then he would have gotten inside and started cleaning, the thing that annoys me is I asked for a late check out. Image if I was sleeping, shower, doing the deed or maybe not in the room.
- No more free Lounge access to RAs (as a new RA this sucks)
- There was a hair on the desk, bathtub and sink.
