Actually not a chain at all. Just a local Atlanta restaurant. Therefore, technically would not fit in the parameters of this thread.
However, it is somewhat well known among steak eaters. (Ranked pretty high).
Thanks for the suggestion! I had dinner at Bones earlier this week, and it was fantastic! By far the best bone-in filet I've ever had.
