I took my first DL flight since ~2007 earlier this year and have taken several more since...maybe as many segments now as I have YTD on UA. Yesterday, I had my first DL RJ experience, a CR9 that was less than 1 year old and equipped with wi-fi that worked fairly well. Even without any kind of status, or meaningful reward scheme, it just isn't that bad to get me where I need to go.

Note, this isn't a rant on UA, but an acknowledgement that now US has pulled out of star UA frequently can't get me where I need to go, when I need to be there and even if they do it's usually on an unnatural routing and at times significantly higher price.
