You don't have to have 25K -- as long as your account is linked to Barclay's (which it has to be to earn miles from them), it prices the itinerary at 20K.

No, you don't have to call; it's priced on the website, assuming it is a trip that be booked there.

Keep in mind, this is only for US-operated flights -- no partners.

Now, as a moderator, I will note that this issue relates to the US Airways Dividend Miles program, so belongs in the sub-forum devoted to that program (until the merger of the two programs happens at some point in the future). So I'll move this thread over there.
