Yup, at nowhere near the prices they pay to fly a real business class product. US Airways average fares to Europe are grossly below everybody else in both cabins.
I'd gladly pay $2,500 to fly Envoy over $4,500 to fly American Airlines or Delta in business class, and I have.
US Airways Envoy is the best premium economy product out there, and one of few (and the only non-Asian, IIRC) with lie flats.
