JFK has more of the international config 757s on rotation to certain "high end" and longer Caribbean markets (STT gets them, SJU some, for example). The flights are about 500 miles longer than MIA or DFW, and maybe they sell more J. The service is mostly like domestic, with some nicer touches (ie, shorter flights will typically have warm nuts when you'd get the pretzel package on domestic).
