bought one at a Stop & Shop. the cashier said CC no problem, I grabbed a spanish one just in case, charged $500 + $3.95 load fee.

immediately paid off CC and 1 bill using billpay (which I guess doesn't do e-payment like BB).

I registered the card and don't mind paying the monthly fee, however,

1) There are no reports on shut downs in this thread, I am assuming that those that get pin & dump at WM have been shut down for their main card, so they use it to load BB? What have people been shut down for?

2) what are the load limits (daily, monthly, rolling 30 day)?
