Normally that would be enough time, but if your flight is delayed, it might not be. even if you did have luggage, you can have your baggage checked through in Prague though, as Czech and KLM are partners. you may even be able to get your boarding pass in Prague, but probably not. You wont go through immigration until Amsterdam.
have you looked into just changing your ticket on KLM to PRG-AMS?
I haven't, I assume it would entail some sort of change fee. And although it would definitely be wise to hedge my potential losses by doing so, I am traveling on a student's budget. As for getting my boarding pass, I plan on checking in online and getting an electronic boarding pass on my mobile device, as this is allowed at Copenhagen.
