Just for another data point, here is my experience.

Feb 23 - Opened Citi Executive AA account from 100,000 mile landing page
March 5 statement - Miles accumulated 2510, Miles reported to AA 0
April 3 statement - Miles accumulated 107,845, Miles reported to AA 0

The miles have not posted to my AA account. I have not contacted Citi or AA. I'm not in a hurry to use the miles and am hoping they will finally sort this out without requiring everyone to call in. I will keep monitoring this thread for new developments. This is making Citi and AA look rather incompetent. I've never had such issues with AMEX or Chase and their FF program partners.
