$200 e-cert for catering and seat issues
As a lowly Silver on a EWR-LHR flight, received a special meal that was mostly frozen. Outlets were non-functioning.
Received an apology email for the delayed response and $200 e-cert even though I no longer have status. This was a nice surprise, although I have no plans to fly with United anytime soon.
