Thanks. Just figured out that I had a problem with my new 8 digit PIN. Obviously my old 5 digit PIN was stored in my Mac. So 3 failed attempts to log in. Tried a PIN reset several times, but never got any mail from ROP. Even not to my UCE-folder. Took my 3 attempts to contact ROP member center in BKK via Skype. Finally got a new PIN via phone. Moral of story: do not store a PIN on your PC.
