American Airlines went through a system change on November 14th which has caused some data processing delays. These delays have impacted the timeliness of miles reporting to American Airlines.
American Airlines is working feverishly to resolve this issue. Please allow an additional 7-10 business day from the date of this message for the miles to be reflected at American Airlines.
