If you are MOing then your only choice is the MC. Some stores have both the MC and CS (refunds etc ) at the same counter , others have 2 separate areas for each. Better chance of pulling stuff off where its both at 1 counter
OK, so it sounds like a "regular" checkout register should be able to load BB - though I've gone to 4 different registers and still received the "Debit Not Authorized" error (and tiny receipt that goes with it). Checking GC history online it shows and drain & then refund.
My WMs have CS/MC at the same desk, they don't seem to care I'm buying MOs w/ debit (yet). My goal is to do 1K BB + 1K MO per visit 5x/month, however I'm striking out on the BB loads.
