For GC definitely eat in the hotel. In fact generally hotels are going to do a better breakfast than the lounges, unless it's a low cost hotel; with the possible exception of say a Hilton T5 breakfast, or the high priced Sofitel equivalent, versus the CCR breakfast, that's a tight call.

The bacon rolls get cleared off at 9:30 hrs, and then the remaining hot option is porridge (and technically toast, but it won't be so warm).

The other options are Wagarama, Giraffe and Plane Food, or Carluccio's landside: in other words you pay.
