What makes you think it didn't? Sounds like it was a flat bed 767 with BE service, just no wifi. Other issue was not setting out amenity kits but they did end up being available after asking. Maybe it's something that the ground crew puts out and not FAs? So FAs didn't know they were missing until someone asked?
I get the wifi part (intl vs. tcon), but I was referring to the "forgetting the amenities till someone asked" part; I thought you also implied that equipment MX also caused that, and it should not have.
