Star Alliance Silver does not include priority security. UA extends Premier Access, which includes priority security, to all *S. However, NH does not. Thus, you would have to be *G in order to use the priority security lane if flying NH, as they would have a different way of notating that it is acceptable for one to use the priority security lane.

However, in practice, this isn't enforced and, as someone above wrote, any shiny object such as the Asiana Club Silver Card will get you in.
