If you are still around, do go to a local patisserie and see if they are selling 'LAMMALA's for Easter (my local baker is doing so already). This is a sponge cake in the form of a Pascal lamb that is sold around Easter, and will keep well in a well-closed plastic bag. Also 'friture' which is chocolate fish and shells (shellfish) linked with 1 April ... Poisson d'Avril as we call April Fool's Day here. And of course all those sinful choco Easter eggs!!
