Look at the bottom. There is an option to have them send you one, but they pick the design for you if you select that option.
I missed that bottom, 'designed' the card by myself, and then couldn't get back to the first page with the "send me the card option".
Now had to go through the normal SPG site to request a physical card.
So after all that waiting, we get a predesigned card that will arrive in about 10-12 weeks (outside the U.S.)...
