Does anyone know of a solution to this? I've been in many Hilton hotels in the last year or so (mainly in CA I might add) where the Inncom thermostat did not respond to the VIP hack. I spent several hours one night scouring the net for an answer to no avail. Grr.
This type of thermostat is always noted in my TripAdvisor reviews.
