After being declined the AF refund via SM, I called...and the rep said that I qualify for the refund..It was my 37th day when I called. So the bottom line if you are within 30 to 37 days and can't get the AF refunded via SM, call them.

now I just need to get my miles posted on my 2nd card... Statement said miles earned 110k, transferred to AA:0 ... Was promised by Citi that it would take a week to post...1 week gone by..no miles yet...
