I've purchased a substantial number of these from Raise, Cardpool, GiftCardZen, GiftCardRescue, CardCash and such other sites, each of which has a 100% money back guarantee in the case of fraud. Each has always honored the guarantee in those rare cases where the card arrived with less than the advertised amount. I have not purchased from a seller on eBay due to fraud concerns.
