My friend was here in Los Angeles in mid-December and just got charged for entering the Express Lanes on the 110 Freeway. $30 just charged by Hertz...Hertz tacked on $5 to their $25 fee.

ONLY FasTrak works in California. NO Plate Pass.
Hertz does not provide FasTrak on Southern California vehicles.
