I didn't expect the 100k miles to post, but the 3xxx miles form spend should post, but my statement says 0 miles reported to AA, 3xxx earned.
Login to your AA account, at the bottom of the website there is "contact us" choose Aadvantage and then choose email aadvantage and fill out the internal message form. Response time is about 48hrs.
