Exchanging 30 minutes waiting in queue for an extra 30 minutes in a taxi doesn't really float my boat.

The current problems at SGN have nothing to do with facilities. It is entirely a people (bureaucracy) problem.

Although SGN is far from the best, I have seen many that are much worse than SGN.
Totally agree with that, but the Vietnamese normally do things pretty efficiently. IMHO the problem is that the delta between private and governmental competency is extremely high in VN.
