In case anyone is/was using the Paypowers for ReLoadit loads, they will continue to charge the monthly maintenance fee despite non-use and going to a negative balance. I was told by a CSR the card couldn't go negative, not true. Spoke to the BBB and got the monthly fees reversed, check issued, and card closed.
