Actually, the Big Front Seats that the OP shows in the pics are only available on the NK A320s and in my opinion, are not nearly as comfortable as the other two types which I will describe below:

New A319s
These planes have the latest NK Big Front Seats--they are blue, very soft, and far more comfortable than the ones on the A320s.

Old A319s and A321s
These planes have the old grey Big Front Seats and though some are not in great shape, most are still more comfortable than the ones on the A320s.
