On the few redemptions that I've done for US-EUR - all booked well in advance - has cost 95k and up for economy ticket, plus $300 plus in fees.

Domestic US has been ok, but far from great. Much much easier to use AA or UA miles, even with the ticketing fees of $10-25 per.
