Appreciate the update - how long has the moratorium been in place? I requested one back in July (all I have is my old Gold, not my proper Plat card), and it never arrived.
It's been in place since early December, IIRC. If you didn't get a card before that, then what we have is a delivery issue. You might want to check to be sure that your mailing address is correct and call the Customer Contact Center to order a new one since online ordering will not be available until later this month.
