Pointless internet arguments aside, I just checked my WF and a pending deposit is showing. Then I checked Bluebird and a completed withdrawal transaction shows up. So, everything seems to be ending well, but I still think it is ridiculous that pending withdrawals disappear from Bluebird's transaction history.

Yup. Or for that matter,
any business cards issued by Chase for it is totally a ridiculous financial company - a real bank no less, for completely NOT showing pending transactions when such were in the process of being posted to the account. Payments included by the way.
The ONLY way to know you have outstanding items is from the changes of your Available Balance, and it is only for the Pending Charges for the Pending Payment - from the Chase own bank transfer no less - would NOT show up until 2 days later.
Per aw82's standard, Chase has failed miserably as a full-fledged bank.
