I've hit stuff that spawns popups despite all the defenses being in place.

What I would like is an extension that allows me to add domains to a list of sites I never want to see. Of course I could use the hosts file to get rid of the offending domains but that would still leave an empty window, I would prefer that the window never appear in the first place.

Strangely enough I can find no extension that does this. I'm sure I'm not the only person annoyed by persistent popups.
