I know that I paid a $400 change fee for a RT to CDG last year... ticket price was $7700. C outbound, S return.

I believe it was a refundable fare with a change fee situation.

Or, to look at the other way, if it was non-refundable, then this shows that you can pay over $6800 for a non-refundable fare that would bump you up against the cap as a DM.
