1200 pesos from the airport to Paco Park? That's crazy talk. It's not that hard to find. It should have been about 200 for a normal taxi and no more than about 300 for a yellow airport taxi. 1200 pesos in a regular taxi will practically get you to Angeles. The neighborhoods might be tough to navigate for people who don't live here, but a taxi driver not knowing how to get to Paco is like a NY cabbie not knowing how to get to Stytown.
