When ANA credits miles into your mileageplus account, will it credit based on their own table multiplied by the UA table? (which doesn't make sense for the higher fare class tickets) Or will it just be based on the UA table? ....
If crediting to MP, just use UA MP chart. The ANA program charts does not matter.

ANA booked on 016 ticket ill count for PDQ but as you say, you are exempt from PQD (for 2014).
