It is still a good seat, but I think the aisle is better. These seats have more leg room than other seats. The downside is that it can get cold by the exit door and people will be walking by you to use the lav. If you can't get an economy comfort seat I would absolutely take one of these.
FWIW: I don't usually get much sleep in Y, but I choose the corresponding aisle seat an 3L3s (27B and H) *over* econ comfort. I get all the advantages of econ comfort there without the extra cost. The lav traffic doesn't bother me much. Having *no* place to stow a book or ipad does bother me. Be prepared for that. In those two seats you don't even get a pocket.
Additional intangible benefit: the opportunity to chat up the FAs during departure, which sometimes pays off with a little bit of a service upgrade later.
