Notably certain AS boardrooms when flying AA (not when flying AS) and Qantas. You do not get a membership card but instead have the Admirals Club logo on the back of your credit card. I would imagine the lounges less familiar with this procedure may require some explaining (there's a post somewhere about AS boardrooms not immediately granting access). Strangely your Aadvantage number is not printed on the card despite the fact that it is on the lowly Plat version. Very odd if you ask me!
