Oddly enough, you get an invitation to the Asiana lounge in ICN. There is a CX lounge but it's not open at a time that's convenient for the DFW flight on AA.
Yes, old generation seat. I'm 6'2 so have never had an issue climbing over a neighbor, but YMMV.
