Was in 7-11 to actually buy gas (as opposed to MS). Saw some VRs and figured I'd ask just in case. Can I use CC? No, just debit or cash. Debit? Debit!

Of course I didn't have debit on me at the time and the store was out of OVs. Subsequent visits to 711, haven't been able to find another that says they'll take debit, and the one I went to originally is now sold out of VRs.

What's the consensus on 711... can you use debit OV to purchase VR? I'm in NYC, which iseems to be a special circumstance in all things MS (and never to the good.)

Should I just convert this OV to MO?
