However, if I choose an itinerary with QR as the first leg out of South Africa - fyi CPT - DOH, on the odd occasion that the on-line booking tool actually works long enough for me to select a flight the only options it brings up are CPT-PLZ-JNB-DOH or CPT-DUR-JNB-DOH (even after having spoken to QR who have confirmed that D class is available on the direct CPT-DOH service).
