a while ago booked into t class on overseas flight and now see an R available and the 7 day window here. currently, Q fare is available for $100 more than the t fare on aircanada.com. Can I call aircanada and ask them to change the reservation to q class for $100 so I can upgrade or will they charge a change fee?
