You need to be transferred to collections department. I have tried in the past with a certain delta debit earning card ... Payment went through no problem however miles did not get credited for that 'debit purchase'. That was just a test I did a while ago and when I found it gave me no points, went back to BP.
I presume you are talking about the ST Delta debit card.
Too bad, I was going to try to pay my Citi CC bill using the Suntrust Debit Card.
