Mrs Traveler applied yesterday and received the message "application pending further review and we need additional info ... please call us now at 800-695-5171. She called, was put on hold for a minute, and they told her she was denied & could not tell her why. CSR told her that she'd need to wait for the letter for the explanation.

Is this considered to be final or would calling the reconsideration line be helpful?
