TK also has decent fares from Stockholm to BKK business class (1200 euros).
I flew from Cairo to KL on TK in November. Quite frankly - although nothing bad happened at Cairo Airport - it was not a very pleasant experience.

I plan to fly to Asia in november and probably will fly from Stockholm instead.
The ticket is a bit more expensive, but depending where you start from flying to Stockholm could be much cheaper than flying to Cairo.
