Login into the USair site, pick up the AA locator, and call the EXP line. They will get you the seats and process the upgrade for you.

On a side note, I also found out what expedites for them is if you book it with a US Airways Dividends miles account, and then call in and switch in your AA FF#. The bonus .... if you have USair miles you can process a miles upgrade before getting the locator shifted over to AA ....
