I remain to be convinced its in line with the information that's been provided. If people can get it to work, good luck to them but I'm not sure they have much of a case if they get refused.

Perhaps, or perhaps they're treating the cancelled tickets in line with the currently stated change rules. Which would be nice, if unexpected.
