Some clarifications to help others who may be following you. Wireless Road (Wittayu) doesn't go to Central Chidlom. I assume you meant Wireless to Ploenchit then west on Ploenchit to Central Chidlom. That's doable during the day but the protesters have been shutting it down Friday and Saturday evenings for concerts.

The above ground BTS walkway doesn't start until west of the Chidlom BTS station. The only way to get to it is take BTS to Chidlom station or walk on Ploenchit to the west end of the station. But that takes you through "occupied territory". But it does give you good access to Central World, Hyatt, Intercontinental and Paragon.

If you want to get to the other Siam buildings (Discovery or Tower), go to Paragon and walk through the stores. The walk way west of Paragon is closed.

If you want to get to MBK either fight your way through Pathumwan intersection, which got much worse after they moved the demonstrations from Lad Prao and Victory Monument, or take BTS to National Stadium. You could also walk through Siam Square if you know the area and take the crossover to MBK.
