This is subtle, but see

Last-seat availability in Standard awards is available to elites and Chase card holders.
A 25,000-mile one-way domestic standard coach award books into HN (which is capacity restricted) for non-elites; for elites and CC holders it books into YN (which tracks Y, i.e. if one coach seat is for sale, you can get it at the standard mileage award level if you can book YN).
A 50,000-mile one-way domestic premium-cabin award books into ZN (tracks Z, capacity controlled) for non-elites; for elites and CC holders it books into JN (which tracks J, which tracks the cabin one level above coach).
Three-cabin F books into FN for everyone.
The special last-seat standard coach award inventory ("YN") doesn't show up online on some regional carriers.
