Makes no sense to go back to Lijiang on the 19th then back to TLG on the 20th for a day trip. In February, I'm not sure if the ferry is running from the north side of the river across to south (Daju) side--you may have to call to arrange the boatman or be a bit flexible. Suggest that you have Plan B returning via Qiaotou-Lijiang road in case you crap out with Daju. I've been told that the road from Daju to Lijiang (back way via Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Park) now has a toll booth where they extract RMB 105 for the pleasure of passage through there; maybe you could hitch a ride in a local's car and being ethnic Chinese, can pretend you're not a tourist and finagle your way without the entrance fee.

I'd restructure as:
2/17 Arrive LJG noon; get up to Qiaotou immediately which may require connecting in Lijiang town. Should be able to get to Qiaotou by 16:00 since sunset isn't until about 7 pm, you could get started hiking and get to the Naxi GH (before the 28 bends). Or just spend the night in Qiaotou.
2/18 Hike the rest of the way to the Middle Gorge by Tina's. You're a pretty experienced hiker so you should be able to do either Qiaotou to MG or Naxi GH to MG all in this day. Depending on weather and how you feel, maybe all the way to Walnut Garden. Spend the night at GH (tbd) at the Gorge.
2/19 Hiking as you want. With a start around sunrise or just after, you'd be able to hike down to river from MG and come up by Walnut Garden (or vice versa) in mid-afternoon, enough to catch bus back to Lijiang. Lijiang in the evening. Or stay again at Gorge and head out first bus on teh 20th to Ljiiang.
2/20 Lijiang, Shuhe/Baisha and valley biking. Lijiang overnight. You might want to check out the Old Town in the evening, just for grins, atmosphere very different than day.
2/21 Same as your current plans.
