Sure.
1) TSA can't tell the difference between grape juice and explosives.
2) If you spill food on your charger, it may smell like food
3) TSA may then think the device IS food and confiscate it because it's
yummy dangerous.
Cupcakes were used in my example because they are a famous example of something TSA confiscated solely because it was yummy.
